Eréndira Derbez

Escritora e ilustradora. Se ha especializado en temas de arte, género e historia. Estudió en el Departamento de Arte de la Universidad Iberoamericana y del Departamento de Género de la London School of Economics. Es coautora de Mapas Corporales (Lumen,2023), de No son micro. Machismos cotidianos (2024) y es autora de Inés Amor y los primeros años de la galería de arte mexicano (Bonilla Artigas, 2024).

Ha sido galardonada con el premio Antonio García Cubas (INAH), Miguel Covarrubias (INAH), entre otros. Es cofundadora del Estudio Plumbago de diseño y comunicación social en la Ciudad de México.

Writer and illustrator. She specializes in art, gender, and history. She completed her studies at the Arts Department of the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Gender Department of the London School of Economics. She is the co-author of Mapas Corporales (Lumen, 2023), Nos son micro. Machismos Cotidianos (2024). She published Inés Amor and the First Years of the Mexican Art Gallery (Bonilla Artigas, 2024).

She won the Antonio García Cubas Award and the Miguel Covarrubias Award, among other. She is the co-founder of the Plumbago Design and Social Comunication Studio in Mexico City.
